I WILL NOT BE RE TAKING MY NAPFA AGAIN!!!Ytd was another try for napfa. Didnt had much confidence. So after sch was lunch at KFC oppo sch! Then back hm awaiting for 1730hrs to go out. Then Ding dong! Darling surprised me hahahs She had lunch while i did my things. 1730hrs came n when i was about to go out. Jackson called tellin me tt he'll b cabbing down n pickin me up along the way. He's like more excited than i was sial lolz
Reached sch changed n saw the napfa tester.. Immediately i sianz to the max sial!!!! The tester is the FSP instructor so, i had to resign to fate.. 1st station was standing board jump. Super disappointment mayb due to the fact tt my whole mind was concentrating on chin up n 2.4km. Wanted to beat my previous 2.68m but failed.. Had a 2.55m instead since its alrdy an A n i wanted to conserve my energy for chin-up n 2.4km, i didnt bother to take a 2nd try. Nxt station was my all time KILLER!! CHIN-UP!! TMD!!! I went straight to toilet to clean my sweaty palms then ran back out. Guess wad?!! I'm the 1st! sianz... Its a surprise!! I did 6!! Woohoo Thanks to the training tt i had from my personal instructor (Jackson) hahahahas Its like a burdenbeing unloaded hahas then was shuttle run. timing was 9.2secs beaten my previous 9.4secs timing! Well done! Then sit up did 40 at ard 40secs wanted to go for 43 since i had 20secs left but jackson told me not to so as to save energy for 2.4km. Sit and reach was 49cm n found out tt many rugby players could actually bend so well! Most of them easily reach 60plus cm easily. I was like stunned!
Then rest n 2.4km!! ZOMG.. *faint* went to gather at the running track. Jackson acc me to run. My timing was amazing for the 1st 3 runs lolz 1st round: 1min 40+ secs 2nd: 3mins++ 3rd: 5min 15sec then 4th round i 4got but it was lousy n 5th was don say la.. n by the time i reach my last 100metre i could hardly run. Jackson was shouting at me not to give up n told me to sprint for it! Thanks to him!!! I sprinted all the way!! n my timing was WOOHOOOO!! 12min 21secs!! Aiseh!!!
I was Super happy!
No more napfa!
no more xtra 2months!!
no more of milk!!
no more of doin 6 chin-ups everyday at hm or when i go to darling's hse!
no more of goin to Jackson's hse for gym!
no more of goin to Jackson's hse for 2.5km!
no more of running on track to beat timin of less then 2min per round!
no more of torture!! LOLZ!!! no la jkjk i'll still be training on my own OR SOME1 jio me!!! So quick quick!!! Jio me go run!! hahahs need continue to train for NS...
After napfa called darling immediately. Bluffed her tt i've did badly for napfa by sounding sad n She's just so great!! kept trying to cheer me up n was olso sad Hahahas best darling la! Finally told her the truth n she was like Weh...ehhhhhh hahahahhas
My 1 month (not everyday hahas) of training was worth it hahas Thanks to Darling and Jackson!! 2nd test down! 1 last 1 to go!! Exams here i come!!!
